What is the number for NetDocuments support? ›

There is a sign-in button in the top right hand corner of the screen. The second option is to go to the link https://vault.netvoyage.com/neWeb2/docCent.aspx. Both of the above options above will take you to a login screen. Enter your User Name (your Greenstein email address) and Password, and select Login.

NetDocuments requires a username for authentication. If you forget your username, click the Forget Your Password link on the Login page and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you displaying your username. You can then reset you password if you choose.

Check your Internet and browser settings. Make sure all recommended settings are configured for NetDocuments. Your network may be set to timeout after a certain amount of data has passed in a certain amount of time. Ask your system administrator if this may be the case.

The monthly price for NetDocuments is largely based on number of users, amount of storage needed, and any options added on. Users and consultants report pricing from $50 to $65 / user / month, usually with a minimum of 3 or 5 users.

Locked Account

If this happens, wait more than 15 minutes, and restart your web browser to log in again. You do NOT need to reset your password. To unlock the account before the 15 minute period is over, please contact NetDocuments Support.

To change a password in the Command Prompt, type "net user [username] [new password] and press "Enter." For a more discreet option, you can type "net user [username} *" and press "Enter."

How do I reset my administrator credentials? ›

To change your username, log into your NetDocuments account, click Hi, <Name> and go to Settings > Personal Information. Click the Edit option next to the Username field.

In NetDocuments, documents and emails are stored at the Cabinet level. There is no limit to the number of documents a cabinet may have, but depending on your account type and the number of user accounts your firm has purchased, there may be a limit to the storage space that can be used based on what was purchased.

Document Size Limit

Generally documents up to 2 GB can be stored in NetDocuments. Your internet bandwidth, workstation setup, etc. may limit your ability to upload larger documents.

Login Error: 80004003 Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The above error may be caused by a number of reasons but the most common we have seen is if the customer has named their claims incorrectly in their IDP.
