- Enter your Phone Number and your Account PIN created during activation, then select Log In. This generates a two-step verification text message.
- Enter the six-digit Authentication Code, then select Log In. Once logged in, you are directed to the My Account dashboard.
Head to the MetroPCS account login page and click the Forgot Password link under the box. Next, enter the phone number on the account and a password recovery link will be sent to you via phone or email (based on your account preference).
